No-Hype Customer Stories at 2020 Global SAFe Summit

Case Studies

There are eight customer stories being presented at the upcoming 2020 Global SAFe Summit October 27 – 28, and I was delighted to be a part of that effort. In addition to the traditional PowerPoint presentations, a new interview format gave me the opportunity to sit down with some of our most innovative customers and dive into their transformation backstories.

We know it’s not easy to change how people work, to change mindset, and to sustain that change. So I’m always humbled by the passion and commitment that is required for our customers to get the results that they do, their willingness to learn and take on the inevitable challenges that come with transformation.
