Spring Launch Unveils 20+ Resources to Help Transition Skills from the Classroom to the Workplace

News

Hi Folks,

There’s no question that moving from the classroom to applying SAFe in real-world environments can be daunting. That’s why our teams are always laser-focused on helping the community successfully make that transition with new enablement resources. But there’s also no question that continuous delivery of new content makes announcing cool new things a bit challenging. After all, we can’t announce new features every day as we don’t want to be flooding everyone’s Inbox.

That’s why we held yesterday’s Spring Launch event where we were joined by 6,700 virtual attendees. Over 20 new enablement resources were announced for Lean Portfolio Management, organizing around value, and Release Train Engineer facilitation. With new workshops, practice and facilitation guides, e-learning, collaboration templates, and focused community sections, the new offering represents a major effort that will ultimately help SAFe organizations achieve business agility and accelerate digital innovation.

Individuals and teams will love the ability to learn what they need at the moment they need it, and business leaders will appreciate knowing that their teams can consistently deliver on the needs of a dynamic business.

The new resources are available on the SAFe® Community Platform. Even if you were not able to attend yesterday’s event, for the next three months you can still view the presentations and learn about all the great features included in our 2022 Spring Launch.

Stay SAFe,
—Dean
