    Is it possible to have more than one RTE or STE on a program that is 900k hours or more.

      Each ART in a Solution Train has one Release Train Engineer (RTE) and there is just one Solution Train Engineer for a particular Solution Train.

      What is the problem that you are trying to resolve?
